Silent Sounds are an ever growing Interpreting and Translation Services Agency, offering solutions to the UK’s public sector.  We are a friendly High Wycombe based company and have been awarded a place on a number of high profile frameworks.

We are looking for a confident, motivated and outgoing administrator to join our friendly recruitment team. The role requires a pro-active and organised individual who will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to help co-ordinate end to end recruitment campaigns across various locations in the UK.

Key duties:

•    support the recruitment team with efficient administration and on boarding of new recruits.
•    place adverts on external sites
•    ensure freelancer’s agreements are signed
•    complete employment checks and validate freelancer’s documents
•    issue freelancer’s ID Badges
•    maintain the database ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and freelancers are compliant
•    undertake different or additional duties, in line with business requirements, when necessary.

You must:

•    have previous office experience
•    have excellent communication, organisational and research skills
•    be accurate and pay great attention to detail
•    be able to multi-task under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively
•    possess problem-solving skills
•    be pro-active and a good team player
•    have an intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
