I am extremely impressed by the services provided by Silent Sounds Communications Ltd for our Deaf Patients. The Trust has only recently started to use Silent Sounds as a backup service but on every occasion that we have called on them over the past 2 weeks they have proved to be reliable and professional. We are extremely grateful to Silent Sounds as their prompt response to our short notice request has meant that our patients have not had their appointments cancelled or disrupted. For example, a request was made after 5.30pm for a 9.00am appointment the
following morning and yes, the booking was fulfilled.Excellent Service!

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for all your assistance on Monday 25th April 2016.  It was good to meet you and witness your sign language interpretation whilst I was talking to Mr K. I.  I met Mr K. I. during the afternoon and he was so pleased and said thank you.  Your services have made a huge difference to his overall demeanour and wellbeing.

Our Trust has received an excellent service from Silent Sounds. We find any communications with them straight forward with regards to bookings interpreters. The service is very efficient. Face to Face interpreting works well and some patients will tend to like specific interpreters and will request those individuals for future appointments, which we believe shows the quality and standard of their interpreters to be excellent. Punctuality of interpreters is excellent.
