However, you will be required to pay the full fee at least 2 weeks before the day that you have requested the Language Service Professional to attend.Q. I am a private individual and would like a Language Service Professional to attend a hospital or GP appointment with me, can I book through you? A. No. If you would like an interpreter from Silent Sounds to attend your appointment with you, you will need to contact your GP or hospital department and ask them to book an interpreter for you. Q. Will I have to pay for the Language Service Professional? A. No. Your GP or hospital has a budget for this service, so they will pay for it. |
